Stone and Rock's adherence to quality is backed by a 100% money back guarantee! within 14 days of purchase on all Basins and damaged items.

This not apply to tiles/cladding that have been placed on order/back order in which a deposit/ purchase has been paid or for change of mind reasons.

Stone and Rock reserves the right to place a restock fee of up to 25% on all canceled orders.

Stone and rock reserves the right not to refund or exchange any change of mind item beyond 14 days. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If an item has already been exchanged there can be no further refunds or exchanges. 

We do not return OR exchange part orders based on surplus or miscalculation of product meterage. 

We do everything we can to make the exchange process fast and simple. Items may be exchanged provided that you contact us within 14 days of receipt and items are in perfect sellable condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable on original purchase and return shipping and shipping of new product  is at the expense of the customer.

Stone and rock Pty Ltd excepts no liability for damages whilst loading vehicles at the direction of the customer within the normal bounds of loading and unloading of vehicles.

All orders received from freighters must be checked IMMEDIATELY and the damaged goods are to be rejected and sent back with the freighting company. All in-store purchases require reporting of broken stock within 3 days of purchase and stock leaving the warehouse as per your receipt. 

Stone and Rock will NOT allow or accept an exchange if:

  • Item has been altered or mishandled
  • Item has been installed or show signs of installation (markings, scratches, plumber's putty, etc.)

Please also note that if you did NOT purchase through our online website, then the aforementioned warranty and returns policies do not apply to you.




Email Us

Email us your exchange request at Please provide your original item sku number, along with the new item sku number, and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you within 1 business day with an exchange confirmation.


Sending Your Package

Pack the item in its original shipping box, if possible, or a sturdy, plain cardboard box with ample packing to insure no damage during delivery . Remove or cover any pre-existing labels or stickers. Seal the box completely, making sure the item is secure for shipment.

Visit your local Australia Post, Fastway, TNT, DHL to ship the item back to us.

Your Exchange

Allow 7 days for your package to arrive at our fulfillments center. Within 48 hours, your return for exchange will be processed back into our inventory. Once your return for exchange has been received, we will then contact you for purchase of the shipping of the new sink. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your new sink has shipped along with your tracking number.


Damaged Sink

If your merchandise is damaged in shipping, please email us at within five working days. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement to you.
