Spray’N’Seal™ is a breathable, premium, natural look sealer to provide maximum stain resistance to stone, tile, mosaics, grout & other porous surfaces. It is non-yellowing, non-coating and UV resistant. Can be used on newly installed grout 2 hours after grouting however for best performance allow grout to fully cure before sealing. Utilises the latest Nano-AQS™ & Rapid-Seal C6 FluoroTM Technology to provide good stain resistance after only 4 hours. Can also be used as a pre-grouting sealer. Allows excellent Moisture Vapour Transmission (MVT). For interior & exterior.

Test First:
Application of Product:
- Sweep, vacuum or wipe surface clean;
- Shake can well before using;
- Apply product directly to clean, dry surface from approximately 20-30cm and spray in an even, slow sweeping motion;
- If only sealing grout joints minimize spray on the surrounding areas;
- If severe over-spray occurs, wipe the surface DRY with absorbent paper or cotton towels after 5-10 minutes, to remove any excess sealer;
- If 2 or more coats are required, allow minimum 30 minutes between coats and follow label instructions for each coat;
- The surface is ready for light traffic after 2 hours;
- Keep surface dry for minimum 24 hours.
Cleaning of equipment: Clean tools with water before material dries.
Limitations:
- Sealer is NOT a waterproofing agent and will not prevent surface wear, scuff marks or etching from harsh or acidic chemicals.
- Spills should be wiped up immediately to help minimise staining
- The surface is ready for light traffic after 2 hours;
- Keep surface dry for minimum 24 hours.
