Sealer & Coating Remover is a non-flammable, multipurpose stripper formulated to stay wet longer which gives the product time to remove most sealers, epoxy grout haze, urethane coatings, synthetic finishes, adhesives and paints. Also dissolves deep-set oil stains and heavy grease build up.

For use on

Natural stone (such as granite, limestone, marble, slate, and travertine), ceramic, porcelain, grout, quarry, Saltillo, terra-cotta, cement pavers and masonry surfaces.

Application of Product

USE CHEMICAL-RESISTANT GLOVES, such as nitrile, when handling product. Area should have good air ventilation.

STRIPPING – Read entire label before using. Provide good air ventilation to the room or area of application. Sweep or vacuum surface. Apply a liberal amount of Sealer & Coating Remover to a small, manageable area of up to 25 ft (2 M). Spread with a mop or brush. Allow product to dwell up to 1 hour without drying or until coating or residue softens. Do not allow Sealer & Coating Remover to dry on surface – if remover starts to dry, add more to ensure surface is kept wet. Agitate with a scrub brush or scrub machine. Wipe up residue with clean, absorbent white cotton towels. A wet/dry vacuum may be used. Removal of thick coatings or residue may require several applications – repeat steps 3 through 7 if coating is still on surface. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Ready for surface traffic in 1 hour or after fumes have dissipated. Allow at least 24-hour drying time before applying Aqua Mix® sealers and floor finishes.

EPOXY GROUT HAZE REMOVAL – Read entire label before using. Apply Sealer & Coating Remover to a small manageable area of up to 25 ft (2 M). Spread with a mop or brush. Allow product to dwell for up to 1 hour without drying. Lightly agitate surface with a scrub brush until haze is removed. For large commercial installations, a white pad may be used with a scrub machine. Mop up dirty solution. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Ready for surface traffic in 1 hour depending on ambient temperature conditions. Allow at least 24-hour drying time before applying Aqua Mix® sealers and floor finishes.
